Cancellation Policy for ticket and hotel booking
In case of "CANCELLATION OF HOTEL BOOKINGS", Hotel's cancellation policy strictly applies for refund & retention fee. Earth Dreams Holidays Pvt Ltd., will not be responsible for the amount deducted by the Hotel, though we will process the refund amount approved to give back to guest.
In case of "CANCELLATION OF TICKETS" particular Airline's Cancellation Policy, Air Ticket Booking Agents Cancellation Policy, IRCTC's Cancellation Policy, Train Ticket Booking Agents Cancellation Policy, Bus Operator's Cancellation Policy, Bus Ticket Booking Agents Cancellation Policies applicable. Earth Dreams Holidays will not be responsible for the amount deducted by the Vendors. Though we will process the refund amount approved to give back to guest "As soon as Earth Dreams Holidays Pvt Ltd.," received the amount from the Vendor”. Apart from this, Earth Dreams Holidays Pvt Ltd., reserves rights to charge Cancellation Charge from its side for the time/work load consumed for the processing of the booking.

Refund Policy
We will try our best to create the suitable services for our clients.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services we can provide a refund within 30 days from the date of completion of travel, the amount charged by Earth Dreams Holidays as service charges. The final refunds will be made after deducting the Service Tax and the charges paid to the suppliers/Hotels/vendors etc...
All the refund amounts are processed through cheque or online transfer only.
Please note that it may take 3 - 14 days for the money to reflect in your account, depending on your bank, after the refund is initiated from our end.
