1) Minimum of 30% of the package cost (Excludes Air/Train/Fare) to be paid for the bookings made 11-90 days in advance. Balance amount to be paid before 10 days from the travel date. In case of EBS payments amount should be paid before 15 days from the travel date. Vouchers to be sent to the customer only after the receiving minimum amount of the 50% of the tour cost.

2) For the guests who are booking before 5-10days from the date of traveling Minimum 50% of the tour cost to be received in advance and balance should be paid immediately after sending the vouchers to the guests. For online credit card / debit card payments other than direct net transfer /deposit into our account /cash payment made in our office, contact accounts department before confirming with the customers.

3) 100% amount to be paid for the customers who are booking before 1-4 days from the date of travel. Vouchers to be sent only after receiving 100% payment. For online credit card / debit card payments other than direct net transfer /deposit into our account /cash payment made in our office, contact accounts department before confirming with the customers.

4) Any cost for Ticket Booking (Air/Train/Bus) will have to be paid fully in advance. Though, actual ticket fare at the time of "ACTUAL BOOKING" will have to be paid by the customer. In case, flight fare should be increased at the time of booking, Earth Dreams Holidays Pvt Ltd., will not responsible for the increased cost. (Customer has to pay the increased cost).

5) At any point of time payment to be paid upfront of our Chennai office and not at destinations.

Other Terms & Conditions:

1) Any government levy on taxes, increase in fuel cost in between period of booking & actual travel will have to be borne by the guest.

2) Any increase in Hotel Rates, Introduction of Surcharges announced after the date of booking, will have to be borne by the guest.

3) In case of "CANCELLATION OF HOTEL BOOKINGS", Hotel's cancellation policy strictly applies for refund & retention fee. Earth Dreams Holidays Pvt Ltd., will not be responsible for the amount deducted by the Hotel, though we will process the refund amount approved to give back to guest.

4) In case of "CANCELLATION OF TICKETS" particular Airline's Cancellation Policy, Air Ticket Booking Agents Cancellation Policy, IRCTC's Cancellation Policy, Train Ticket Booking Agents Cancellation Policy, Bus Operator's Cancellation Policy, Bus Ticket Booking Agents Cancellation Policies applicable. Earth Dreams Holidays will not be responsible for the amount deducted by the Vendors. Though we will process the refund amount approved to give back to guest "As soon as Earth Dreams Holidays Pvt Ltd.," received the amount from the Vendor".

5) Earth Dreams Holidays Pvt Ltd., reserves rights to charge Cancellation Charge from its side for the time/work load consumed for the processing of the booking.

6) Guests are requested to take a hard copy of all the Vouchers and present it to the concerned person during check-in time.

7) Guests are requested to carry one original photo Identify Proof issued by the government. Authorities during travel to check-in at the hotel.

8) Earth Dreams Holidays will not be responsible for any delay of Flights/Train/Bus Schedules.

9) No refund can be claimed for Facilities "Not Used" or Services "Not Taken" from the inclusions given in the package.

10) Earth Dreams Holidays will not hold responsibility for any "Unusual Events" and "Implications of Natural Calamities".
